Services.

Did you know that the word doula comes from the Greek root word δούλος, (doulos)? It means “to serve.”

A doula embodies the gift of being present.  A doula is whatever the moment asks of her.

Exciting News: Now Accepting Medi-Cal and Kaiser Insurance!

I’m thrilled to share that I now accept Medi-Cal and Kaiser insurance for birth doula services! This means more families can access compassionate, continuous support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum—with coverage through their existing insurance plans.

If you’re expecting and covered by Medi-Cal or Kaiser, you’re now eligible to receive doula care with little or no out-of-pocket cost. I’m here to support your birth journey with respect, encouragement, and evidence-based care.

Mother Blessing

*Hosted exclusively for existing birth clients

Please ask about a private mother blessing event. I love hosting them for my mamas at a small added cost.

  • This event is a celebration of life and love, pregnancy and motherhood, in a tranquil, sacred, and love-filled atmosphere.

  • It has evolved from a traditional Navajo ceremony concerned with healing, creation, harmony, and peace, in appreciation for and in honor of the mother-to-be.

  • A Mother Blessing helps mama to prepare herself for the birth— emotionally, spiritually and mentally.

  • Together with a small circle of women whom she is closest with, we facilitate an environment where mama feels ‘held’ and “lifted”— to be free so she can embrace what is to come.
